Nabirye can fix her own tippy tap

P1010309
Dear James,

Nabirye is a 45 year old mother of 6 who resides in Bulamagi Village, Uganda. On seeing the UVP team walk into her compound she expressed her gratitude and said she had been waiting for us. She further explained that she had a tippy tap once that was put up by another organization, but she did not know how to remake it. As with all other clients, UVP teaches its beneficiaries how to use the tippy tap, and doesn’t just do it for them. Together with Nabirye we made a tippy tap that she could now easily repair if it were to break. Nabirye says that “with grandchildren around, it is good to have a tippy tap because it keeps them clean and healthy and now I will be able to replace it.” Nabirye is thankful for UVP and for your donation, James!
