Kwanguzi Huntington is a 34 year old substistence farmer who resides in Nawasenga B village, Uganda, with his wife and 5 children. On seeing the UVP crew walk in his compound, Kwanguzi was grinning from ear to ear, ready with his hammer and local materials. With the assistance of one of UVP’s interns, Kwanguzi was able to put up his own tippy tap in record time as his wife and one of his children watched. When asked how he felt now that he had a tippy-tap, he said that he was happy because it would improve the hygiene and sanitation of his family and his village.
Kwanguzi and his family are very grateful for the Uganda Village Project and for your donation Benjamin, which is helping improve the sanitation of their family and the village.
