Kazigo A Village is a village located in the Iganga District of Uganda. It is one of the healthy villages that was launched in 2012 by the Uganda Village Project. When asked to raise health concerns and challenges for their village during a community meeting, the women highlighted the unmet need regarding family planning, a shortage of contraceptives, and issue of the closest health center being an hour and a half walk away from the village. Due to your generous contributions, Amit, Carissa, Lynne, Cindie, Monica, Leah, and Gina, the Uganda Village Project can provide family planning services to the women of Kazigo A. Thank you!
